The company was established in 2011 and brought together over 50 years of combined experience by its international and Malaysia partners. Within 4 months of operation, IQI had sold RM 50 million (USD 15m) of property and continued to increase this to above RM 100 million by the end of the first year.



By the end of 2012, IQI had also established a dedicated office in Dubai, UAE.
