RESIDENTIAL DEPARTMENT
Our leasing team provides a comprehensive service, both to those looking to lease a home and to landlords
looking for tenants. Trained to the highest international standards of property management, we can save our clients
time and trouble. By focusing on key residential areas in Dubai, we have in-depth knowledge of an area’s facilities and an
awareness of rental prices at market rates, to ensure that both tenants and landlords are pleased.
We also advise and assist in buying and selling of residential property, including off-plan, re-sale and freehold sales. We will guide our clients through all aspects of the sales process (finding the property, obtaining finance, conduct the necessary searches, deeds, authorizations and tenancy requirements where needed). We will negotiate and finalize contracts and financing on behalf of our clients, and then organize DEWA transfer, calculate service charges and rent refunds, before handling over the keys and all the relevant paperwork.
COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT
The department has a staff of 10, with an established network and wide experience in the commercial field to identify and match the property needs and requirements of rations of any size, from small start-up companies to major international groups.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
The department has the local knowledge to source suitable properties at reasonable prices, having approached the owners with a view to a long term partnership.
Our portfolio includes apartments, villas, buildings and various commercial properties (offices, showrooms, warehouses, etc.).
Our goal as property managers is to manage our client's properties so that their involvement with the property is to receive a rental revenue check and income statement each month. We charge no mark up on services from vendors that service properties under our management.
Our premium property management services include:
- Tenant customer service and issue resolution
- Leasing units and processing evictions
- Property maintenance and improvements
- Bill payment, book keeping and financial reporting
