FIT is the Middle East's first smart studio! We've designed our own proprietory FIT board which measure everyone's caloric expenditure, heart rate, RPM and distance and will be displayed in front of you. This will change the way you exercise forever!



FIT is an initiative that brings the group exercise concept into the

workplace or community. FIT offers the most comprehensive group exercise schedule in Abu Dhabi, and includes RPM, Bodypump, circuit, TRX, Zumba, Slimdown and Yoga.



FIT's overall purpose is to make group exercise accessible and affordable to the majority of Abu Dhabi's communities by leasing open spaces within business locations, in addition to residential communities, and leveraging FIT's wide instructor base. We started off in a box. We'll continue to open many affordable boxes across Abu Dhabi.
