The Familia de la Salsa Academy was formed in Dubai in 2003 by Royston, Valerie and Chris, who had put together their knowledge of dance techniques, routines and skill, as a result of over Nine years of exploration, experience and enhancement. Royston, an award-winning dance professional, presently runs the Familia de la Salsa branch in Washington DC, USA. The Familia Events Management Company Dubai team is directed by Chris with his leading Salsa Instructors, whoare the best Salsa teachers who have gathered vast experience from all over the world.
