Evefit Spa was founded in 2004 following extensive research by Dr. Sabha Al Shamisi. This was in direct response to her passionately held belief that likeminded ladies would welcome the opportunity to relax, unwind, train, tone, [and of course be pampered!] at a purpose built fitness centre and beauty spa . All the while being supported by a dedicated team of positive, highly trained professionals – all focused on enhancing your well-being, whatever your entry level [from complete novice right through to experienced user.

We have luxurious pampering sessions with all kinds of body treatments. We are particularly proud of our famous Moroccan Baths, and Vichy Showers using only the best organic products – helping to dissolve away the everyday stresses and strains of life, as well as when special occasions make special demands on our bodies. We can prepare you beautifully for wedding ceremonies, anniversaries, formal occasions etc when you need to look your very best.

We combine this with offering Yoga for relaxation and energizing the body.
