Emirates REIT are the first GCC Sharia compliant Real Estate Investment Trust. Based in Dubai International Financial Centre, Emirates REIT was launched under the DFSA REIT specific regulations in 2010. The REIT currently has over AED 765 million of assets under management and is actively looking to expand the portfolio.
