Embassy of the Republic of Belarus to the United Arab Emirates

The Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the UAE opened in December 1999. The first Ambassador of Belarus to the UAE was Vladimir Sulimsky (1999-2008). In September 2008 the diplomatic mission was headed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Aleksandr Semeshko who presented credentials to the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on October 14, 2008.
