In 1993, the concept came to life in Montreal. We began with just a few fundamental ideas and a drive for creativity and unique experiences.Our goal was to take our favourite mealtime ingredients and ingeniously extend their culinary wonders to lunch and dinner as well as breakfast and brunch, all while maintaining a warm and lively bar and café atmosphere. We now have a delicious and varied eggspectation menu that includes freshly made artisanal brioche French toast, thin French crepes, Belgian waffles, fluffy buttermilk pancakes, pastas, burgers, seafood, steak, and, of course, eggs benedict, thanks to this new level of creativity!
