Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Co. - EFECO (LLC) was established in 2001 to service the MEP requirements of the construction industry. Since then, the company has set new standards in the fields of electrical, HVAC and plumbing installations, raising comfort to a sophisticated level and allowing our clients to experience MEP services at its best. EFECO is registered as a limited liability company and is headquartered in Dubai, UAE and is currently operating in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia and commanding a work force of approximately 5000 in these countries.



In 2007 EFECO became a partner with ARABTEC Holding PJSC, a leader in the Middle East in the construction industry and ranked 133 on the Global Contractors list published by ENR for 2010. With the vision and foresight of the dynamic team of managers and well-qualified professionals, EFECO consistently delivers projects on time and achieves its clients’ absolute satisfaction.

Engaged in all aspects of Building Services necessary to complete the task at hand EFECO has the ability to Design, Procure, Install, Test and Commission all associated MEP and Infrastructure works, including but not limited to Building Electrical Systems, Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC), Plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems, Tele-communication Systems, Water Management Infrastructure, Transportation Infrastructure, Energy Infrastructure and Communications Infrastructure.



EFECO is capable of operating and maintaining, building maintenance round the clock after the delivery of the project through a dedicated team of professionals handled by our Maintenance Division.



Over time EFECO has added many prestigious projects into its portfolio including signature villas at the Emirates Hills Development, The Conrad Hotel, The Palazzo Versace Hotel, Dubai International Financial Centre Gate Village, The Porto Dubai, Villas at the Springs and Meadows, Villas at the Arabian Ranches and The Air Traffic Control Tower at Jebel Ali International (DWCIA) among many other projects.



As part of EFECO’s continuous expansion and vertical integration program, a fabrication workshop for G.I. and Pre-insulated Ductwork has been setup at the Dubai Investment Park (Soon to be in the Dubai Industrial City). The Ductwork fabricated by our work shop is primarily used to supply EFECO projects on time and within specs.



To complement our policy of the continuous pursuit of quality, EFECO has implemented the ISO 9001: 2000 quality management system to solidify and confirm the ability to provide quality products and services. The ISO Program in addition to our quality program ensures clients’ requirements as well as applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are met and maintained.
