Ebony is a unique restaurant that will revolutionize the Food & Beverage industry. It is the first high-tech interactive restaurant in the Middle East and Africa. Our concept, which we call 'Eatertainment', is where modern technology and entertainment meet fantastically delicious food to provide our customers with a unique dining experience like no other.



Our ordering system is a quantum leap into the future of dining. It features interactive tables that put the customers on control of their dining experience; making it more attractive, more interesting and hi-tech.



The tables are interactive touch screens, where customers can browse the various menus, read the descriptions and see pictures of each item. They can place their orders directly from their table to the kitchen and can then watch it all being prepared on 'Chef Cam'.



Customers can also control their ambience by choosing the ‘table cloth’ design from a range of images, patterns and videos. They can read current news, check their Facebook timeline and share their facebook photos with their fellow diners; they can also send greetings and cards to diners at other tables. From their interactive table, customers can call a waiter anytime, check and pay their bill and can even order a taxi home.



We do not only pride ourselves on our innovative technology, but more importantly, on our marvelously delicious food. Our menu fusion has influences from North and East Africa, the Mediterranean and the Middle East. We have a menu that combines Pan-African flavors to create dishes that are original and splendidly tasty.
