Dôme Coffees Australia was founded in Perth in the early 1990s on a promise to deliver the Worlds Finest Coffees to its discerning guests. From the first café in Cottesloe, to the latest in Bahrain there are now more than 70 cafés in Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East delivering on this promise with more than 10,000 cups a day!



As we continue to grow and develop we are always on the look out for exceptional individuals to join our cast in a variety of roles. Recruiting on an ongoing basis means that we get the chance to pick and choose people based on their personality and willingness to work hard and learn. We then get to spend time training them in the Dôme way, rather than expecting people to hit the ground running (like some places do!).



Once you're in the door, a day's work in one of our cafés might find you preparing delicious hot breakfasts and lunches for our guests, serving fresh cakes and icy cool drinks or working behind our state of the art espresso machine… One thing is always certain, everyday is different and challenging and the pace will certainly keep you on your toes!
