We've been around since Dubai was just a desert and popping out to your "local" shop might have meant a thirty‑minute trek across the desert in your off‑roader. Yep, since then.

Now being old isn't in itself a good or bad thing, as you know, but in our case it means experience. It means we know. It means we know the obvious and the not‑so‑obvious things about taking care of your pet and other animals. It means we've grown to become a locally and internationally respected, trusted and recommended animal care organisation for boarding and relocations services, as well as the official and exclusive Animal Handler for Emirates, Dnata, and all other airlines at Dubai International Airport.

It does not mean we are perfect... but we do know some stuff and we try really very hard to be extremely good at it.
