Diamond Developers are focused on introducing and implementing a complementary suite of projects that enable current residents and future generations to achieve economic, social and environmental sustainability for all their needs.

Established in 2003, Diamond Developers was one of the first companies in Dubai to enter the freehold property and real estate development industry since the introduction of freehold property ownership in 2002.



Since the early days and throughout the height of the booming Dubai property market Diamond Developers has conceptualized and delivered an impressive portfolio of premium developments some of which have become major Dubai landmarks. As the freehold industry in Dubai matured beyond those early successes, Diamond Developers shifted its focus towards properties and businesses that not only provide economic and aesthetic value, but minimize their impact on the environment, both social and geographic.
