The "DHP Residency" satisfies all of the green building requirements set forth by the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA), making it a "Green Building." The DHP development team has also made sure that the building has all the life safety systems that are required by the Federal Government Life Safety Codes and the Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) up to date.
