Italian 12 noon to midnight - Daily Location: Lower Lobby Level, Atrium Wing The original Cucina in Dubai - this cozy trattoria is reminiscent of an old Italian kitchen complete with rustic exposed bricks, open kitchen and the heady aroma of tomatoes, olive oil and oregano. The wood-fired pizza oven bakes crispy thin-crust pies while the chefs serve up a delicious variety of traditional Italian antipasti and salads, accompanied with homemade pastas, pizzas and risottos.

Savour the trattoria style cuisine rich with flavours from the old country and not forgetting the chefs’ signature dishes. The traditional antipasti and salads are accompanied by homemade pastas and risottos while Cucina’s oven ensures tantalizingly crisp pizzas. Cucina is located on the lobby level and is open daily for lunch from 12 pm to 3 pm and for dinner from 6 pm to 11.30 pm. Friday Brunch is also available from 12 noon to 4 pm.
