Founded in Ras Al Khaimah in 2005, Construction Technology Contracting became a partner and an in-house construction company for the Rak Free Trade Zone Authority.



CTC is a general contracting company specializing in Design-Build projects utilizing the latest construction techniques, policies and best practices in the design and construction of high-rise and multi-storey buildings, industrial steel buildings and other similar structure.



CTC provides construction support and brings out construction works for the company who would want to set up their business in the Free Trade Zone. Since that day CTC has been executing the entirety of the zone’s projects; from High-Rise Concrete Buildings, Industrial Steel Buildings, Residential and Commercial Buildings, Staff and Labor quarters, sheds and warehouses, Plot Developments, Showrooms, Aircraft Hangars, etc.
