CHI Management is a subsidiary of "City Development group" and acts on behalf of its development company (CHI Group) in Dubai to facilitate the control, coordination and successful handover of projects. CHI's focus in the region is primarily that of property development at a residential level. CHI's preferred environment is low density, high quality residential housing on unique sites. The company's policy is to remain as a bespoke developer seeking opportunities for future developments on brown or green field sites,



The company is characterized by a relatively flat structure in which the decision making process and company strategy for growth is determined by the three Partners with a secondary layer of management reporting back to the Partners. The senior managers of the company all come from a building or design background and they bring a broad wealth of experience to the business. The senior staff all have extensive experience in high specification new build / refurbishment projects in the region of the Middle-East; these include residential developments in Dubai, the planning and development of numerous residential and mixed-use projects in Saudi Arabia, the development of a Stud Farm in Riyadh, the delivery of Museums and Theme Parks along with the planning of various master plans for development projects in the region. Because the project managers are recruited rom a contracting background this ensures a 'hands-on' management style which we believe is a major factor in ensuring the delivery of a high quality project.

CHI is a UAE based property development company (RERA Registration 251/2007)

founded by a group of successful Irish property Developers. The group was formed out of a partnership with 'O'Grady Construction' who have a 40 years history of acquisition, design and construction of residential, retail and commercial developments in the western region of Ireland and also London. In 2004 the O'Grady's and Partners of CHI made the decision to diversify from the UK / Irish market and invested in the UAE at the beginning of the property boom.
