‘business en motion’ was founded by Debbie Nicol, an Australian expatriate of 15 years.



Often referred to as a consultant, Debbie prefers to be considered a partner in solutions, a co-creator and a confidante. With a solid career spanning Australia, Asia, Europe and Middle East, holding unit, multi-unit and global roles, she continued to evolve, from teacher to trainer, to coach, to creator, to board-level confidante. Much exposure to success and improvement was experienced, allowing her to construct the meaning behind true success and alternatives!



Today, commonly called upon for public speaking perspectives, commonly sought by previous colleagues and clients and commonly spotlighted for her never-ending commitment to results and relationships, Debbie now engages with businesses, and their leaders, to take those willing and able to move ahead of their competitors and stay at the cutting edge of commitment and success!
