Person(s) trapped in a lift

Lift failures if only one lift in building

Blocked foul water drains, sewage leakage

We are a well-established professional property company in Dubai since 1988. Most of our properties are centrally located and include apartments, villas, shops and warehouses.

All the building maintenance is handled in-house by our own maintenance team.



Non-emergency repair and maintenance issues are handled during working hours: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm.
