Started 1995, Billy Blues delivers a plus size Porter House Steaks prepared in a method that has not changed since the first day they fired up the grill. Start with an Iceberg Wedge Salad, doused with in house blue cheese dressing. For an entree, don't afraid to order any of the Signature Certified Angus Beef Steaks. Classic sides include fully loaded baked potatoes, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, home fries and sauteed mushrooms. Waiters are shop worn; most of the staff have worked @ Billy Blues for years. A limited but very reasonably priced wine list offers mostly red wines from California, Spain, Chili, Australia, with some French and Italian offerings.
