Baytna Properties is a joint venture with Furqan Mustafa (CEO) and Iqbal Hasani (Executive Director); born out of a desire to provide professional Real Estate services to the people of Dubai.



Furqan MustafaMr Mustafa is an entrepreneur – a man who ‘makes things happen’. He brings to BAYTNA experience in several national and international corporations, specifically logistics, financial and economics.



“Our family business is shipping & logistics and I have helped mould the corporate culture and turn around some of the under-performing platforms. I’ve enjoyed establishing Baytna Properties LLC for the Dubai property market is an opportunity for professionals”.



He is also an avid golfer playing off a 12 handicap.



Mr Hasnani is an experienced businessman in Real Estate, both in Texas and Dubai. He is a hard-working, self-motivated man who speaks fluent English, Urdu and Gujrati as well as understanding Arabic.



His strengths are to establish sound business systems; solve business problems and to improve business performance. “I am always seeking ways to improve the Dubai property experience, and enjoy mentoring and helping others,” he says. “In my experience it is the details that matter, particularly when larger transactions are involved”.
