Founded in 1989 in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, Artec-Architectural and Engineering Consultants, is a full-service consulting firm providing urban planning, architectural design and engineering, civil engineering and construction supervision services, as well as related surveying and consultation.



Since its inception, Artec has constantly focused on the development of new methods and technologies that redefine design for current needs and priorities and had built a reputation of originality, creative ideas, and well-managed process.
