Founded in the UAE as part of Al Jaber Group in 1999, ALEC (Al Jaber LEGT Engineering & Contracting) came forth with a firm vision to raise the level of design and construction services and has consistently evolved and grown. Today, ALEC is an established and preferred contractor for the execution of major construction projects across the GCC.



ALEC has delivered developments of the highest quality to key clients, with many of the projects becoming significant landmarks in the Gulf. These include resort hotels, themed retail developments.

The ALEC logo symbolizes three key elements of the company. The origin of the management team from Southern Africa is represented by the stone colour symbol, current gulf regional operations is represented by the blue colour symbol and our future growth into international markets is represented by the red colour symbol.
