The Company was formed in the year 1990 by Mr. Salem Shaer and Mr. Nalinan P. Raman to support the advertising industry as well as various businesses. In 1990, the company was formed to support and service three clients. Al Shaer was started with just four employees. It was only with their encouragement and trust in us that we took our first step. In the early years we never visualized that this dynamic city; Dubai would see so much changes in such a short time. Dubai not only helped so many new companies to set up shop or locate their regional hubs or their corporate offices in this land.

The early days were the crucial where we learnt the market dynamics and its needs. Dubai as such is very cosmopolitan and very fast in adopting latest technology as well trend. Only if one keeps pace with the trend can one succeed in this market place. Also what we found many fly by the night kind of operations which sets shop every now and then. These outsets even during our inception till today pose challenges by offering sub standard products at through away prices. We learnt the ropes very early and decided that we would be slow in our expansion, primarily because we wanted to be present for a long, long time to come. We first consolidated our position as reliable partners for our first three clients. Once we succeeded in that, we made inroads into many reputed companies sheerly because either our quality spoke for ourselves or our clients marketed our services to other companies. We expanded in areas where we could sustain consistent growth without flinching on quality services.
