At Al Maaref Private School, we strive to help students reach their full potential. We believe that behavior plays a key role in student achievement and development. We must encourage students to make positive choices and take responsibility for their actions; therefore, we have developed our school-wide behavior policy to reflect this.



Al Maaref Private School (AMPS) is a member of the First Education Holding group. First Education Holding is an education holding company established in 2006 and is located in Bahrain. First education holding currently owns and manages private schools and a chain of nurseries in Dubai and Cairo.

FEH’s vision is to become a leading high-quality education company that caters to the educational needs of all the families in the MENA region. Its mission is to grow by acquiring private schools from kindergarten to the 12th grade and education-related businesses across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Its value proposition is to provide strategic management support to the schools and thus optimize the growth and quality of these education businesses. At AMPS, we aim to provide a student-centered environment that allows for inquiry, exploration, critical thinking, and the transfer of real-world knowledge and skills. Our curriculum is designed to help them become well-rounded and able to succeed beyond the classroom.
