Al Hamad Building Company L.L.C. & Dubai Civil Engineering were established on February 1985 with their Head Office being in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, licensed to build up to four storey’s, by 1989, less than four years of trading, our license was upgraded to Unlimited category - the highest classification in existence. This allowed the Company to expand rapidly and compete with biggest and best in the construction business setting the foundations firmly in place for what has become the Al Hamad Group of Companies that exists today.
