Al Habtoor Tower ( 2N Tower )

This development consists of a single 31-storey residential condominium tower above a ground level podium, together with a Marina side retail and townhouses. There are 168 residential suites in the tower and four 2-storey townhouses above the retail areas. A four-storey enclosed parking garage, with three storeys above grade and a landscaped roof terrace, forms the west side of the podium adjacent to the tower.
