First unit of Al farooj fresh was opened by a Lebanese family at Sharjah, United Arab Emirates in 1994. Year 2007 was marked as a turning point in the history of Al-Farooj Fresh Chain when Islami Foods decided to acquire the majority share of the chain. Today, February 2011, Al Farooj Fresh reached 24 branches in UAE, in addition to our branches in Lebanon, Oman,and soon in Kuwait.

Al Farooj Fresh Restaurants is a fast casual restaurant chain owned by Al-Islami foods Group. The chain is specialized in Fresh Grilled Chicken with special recipe, in addition to Shawarma sandwiches with great unique taste in various recipes such as Mexican, Lebanese and Italian.
