Al Farah Group is a family business established in 1993 in Abu Dhabi. Our small butchery shop has become bigger and bigger over the years. Now, grown and still moving forward, our small shop that we have started years back is now involved not only in the local market but has greatly stepped-up as one of the biggest importer of meats in Abu Dhabi. Al Farah Food Store has made a huge progress since then but we will still take steps towards the greater excellence in quality service. Al Farah family has not only driven the company to grow but our staff working behind it, whom we consider a part of the family. Our staff are all experienced and we never stop to train them to match the market demands. We will always maintain the high standard we provide as we trudge the path to greater excellence.

In sharing the mission, vision and key values of the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority, we abide by the programs implemented by this internationally recognized food and agriculture organization. We adhere mainly to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system to ensure food safety of our consumers. Our people takes the HACCP Manual and Policy by heart and works efficiently with it. They have undergone Essential Food Safety Training before they started handling the meats. HACCP system is reinforced to our staff at all levels to be aware of the food safety principles. To make a difference in the lives of our customers through highly standardized meat, yielding total satisfaction is our philosophy.
