Mr.Youssef Al Hashem established ACURA in 1987, based in Lebanon and operating under the name of Heticon Engineering & Contracting. In the 1990’s, the company participated in the reconstruction of POST-WAR LEBANON; Projects included Schools, City Halls, Villas and other private buidlings.

The Managing Partner, Mr.Youssef Al Hashem accrued extensive experience in & outside UAE. He had the position of Conctruction & Project Manager of M/s NASA Multiplex on prestigeous Dubai Projects such as the “ Emirates Tower”, UP “ The Tower” and Al-Ghurair City. Mr.Al Hashem also held the position of Project Manager for Abu Dhabi Conference Place Hotel working for ASCON ETA.

In 2002, the company expanded to Dubai and commenced operation under the trade name of ACURA General Contracting L.L.C.
