Founded in Dubai in 1982 and celebrating its silver jubilee this year, Abdulla and Associate is a well-established architectural design practice offering high quality engineering consultancy services to major clients on a wide range of building types in both public and private sectors.



Services offered include architecture, interior design, urban planning and project management. The practice adopts an innovative design approach in line with the rapidly changing demands of clients incorporating the latest developments in the construction industry, in addition to the concepts of sustainability and cost effectiveness.



Mr.Ashok G. Vartak is the Managing Director of the company and brings to the table an experience of around thirty five years in the field. He is a practicing structural engineer since 1971, including a stint as a scientific officer for the renowned Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai, India and with an overseas experience with major companies like DUTCO. He possesses a strong engineering sense and a keen eye for detail and is a renowned name in the field as a complete engineer. Mr. Vartak - Promoter of the Company



He founded Abdulla & Associate with a skeletal staff of three people and now leads a group of well qualified and experienced architects and engineers who can deliver complicated jobs from concept to completion within the tight project deadlines.
