Shipping Information

Our normal shipping time is within 72 hours (this is when your order is processed, and does not include weekends). Please allow a few morebusiness days for your order to arrive to you. Larger items may ship directly from the factory and smaller items usually ship from our warehouse.

Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box!

The "Target Date" on the order form is not a promise from us to deliver your product exactly by that date! It is for our information while processing the order. We will make every effort to meet your "Target Date."

An estimated delivery date and price will be provided after your order is placed.

Return Policy

To ensure efficient processing of orders and to keep our prices as low as possible, the ABD Store has established the following policies regarding the return of merchandise:

- Return policy becomes effective upon customers receipt of item(s).

- Customers are required to inspect items immediately upon receipt.

- Customers ARE responsible for their purchase decisions.

- General return policy may be superseded by individual vendor policies.

- Return policies for licensed items vary by vendor; please contact the licensing group prior to purchase.

- Consmetic issues with non-defective products are handled by individual vendor policies.

- All item prices are final at time of purchase. If the price of an item changes on the same day of purchase, the difference will be refunded if the customer contacts the ABD Store within 10 days of purchase. Receipt is required.

Unopened Products

- Unopend item(s) can be returned within 10 business days from the purchase date.

- Custom orders and certain licensed software titles are non returnable once they leave the store.

- The ABD Store reserves the right to refuse a return or assess a restocking fee of 20% for any items returned after 10 business days.

Opened Products

- Opened item(s), including software, may not be returned or exchanged unless verified as defective by ABD Store personnel. See below for policy regarding defective products.

- The ABD Store reserves the right to access a restocking fee of 20% on any return.

Defective Products

- The ABD Store reserves the right to inspect and verify defective returns.

- Within 10 business days, defective items will be exchanged for exact same items.

- After 10 business days, individual vendor warranty guidelines should be followed by the customer.

- The ABD Store is not responsible for missing parts. Missing parts are covered by individual Manufacturer policies.

- Returned items must include ALL original packaging, manuals, original box, and invoice or the items are not returnable.
