Omniyat

Omniyat is a privately held real estate development and service related company, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The company grew out of Almasa Holdings, a group of IT hard- and software related companies, founded in 1995 lead by the Dubai based entrepreneur Young Global Leader 2008 award winner Mehdi Amjad and his Kuwait based partner Esmail Janathi.

Its first real estate projects were successfully implemented in 2000 in Iran and the United Kingdom. Based on their success and the attractive potential of the regional real estate market, Almasa’s shareholders decided to form a dedicated real estate company Omniyat in 2005. One year later the company expended its resources and scale to manage projects valued at approx. US $ 1.8 billion. These include several large-scale, first-class iconic projects designed by world-leading architects and supported by international, best-in-class Consultants. The Omniyat team is dedicated to building value for shareholders, partners and clients through creative solutions and highly skilled professionals with international and local backgrounds and connections.
