M3ar. was originally founded in London in 1985 by S.A. Mahdavi, a distinguished architect and academician to together with a number of committed architects.



Since its establishment M3ar. has won several international competitions and its work have been subject of discussions and acclaim in the UK and UAE.



M3ar. Consulting Engineers, Dubai was founded in 1999, with the aim of offering high quality design services in the field of built environment.

Architecture aims to re-create paradise on earth (genius loci). The notion of paradise digresses at different eras according to the contemporary values held by society.



Our vision is to design and manipulate the built environment by addressing the global issues of our era and create an architecture complementary to our lifestyle. The issue of cultural and regional identity and characteristics is central to our design process.
