Fitness 02 was established in April 2007 with the aim of providing the U.A.E. with a one-stop shop for fitness and health with a strong emphasis on group, fun and outdoor exercise for both individuals and companies, under the supervision of professionally qualified trainers.



Going to the gym can be dull, as we get easily stuck in a repetitive routine of running on the treadmill, or using the same weights and machines. Sometimes it is easier to stick to the plan than jump into the constant decision making needed to initiate an effective fitness programme. Even after committing to a programme, without professional input, the outcome is far from guaranteed.

Fitness 02 specialises in Bootcamps, ranging from Renegade Bootcamp suitable for any participant, to Booty Bootcamp targeting women, and the kids can get in on the action in the Young Guns Bootcamp programme. There are also personal training, corporate training, and sports specific training options. Whatever your fitness requirements, Fitness 02 has it covered.
