Eco Yoga Sanctuary is the first sustainable studio in the Middle East. Designed so women of all ages can benefit from yoga in a tranquil and luxurious environment, we are committed to reducing our footprint on the planet and have designed the studio to reflect this.



Our eco-friendly Far Infrared Heating (or FIR) FIR heating panels provide a sweet sweat and enable your muscles to lengthen, while you flow through an ever-changing sequence of postures. This creates a gentle heat that works on the body rather than the room, which means you experience the benefit of hot yoga without the unpleasant side effects.
