Gulf Specialized Mechanical & Engineering Services Co, known as GSME (formerly Deutsche Babcock Services Co) was established in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in the year 1972. A workshop and repair facility was set up in Mussafah in 1990 and the process of manufacturing and servicing equipment in this facility began in 1992.
