The Explanation

At The Studios, we understand you are the kind of woman who wants to be strong, healthy and confident. In order to be that way, you need to invest in yourself. After years of putting everyone else first, it's time to take some much need time to help yourself. With our guidance, you can create healthy habits, get fitter and stronger whilst blowing of steam with some like minded people.

We acknowledge the challenges involved with juggling work alongside kids/homework clubs, we understand the frustrations which arise when you want to get healthier but don't know where to start and we know that stepping into a gym for the first time can be incredibly intimidating which is why The Studios was born.

Our programmes are designed to take you step by step through a process which will enable you to create healthy habits and a change in mindset which will cause incredible results to follow. We personalise everything to you and come up with solutions to your problems instead of adding another level of stress to your life. How much does it cost?

Do you have parking?

yes we have private parking for a small number of cars and there is plenty of on street parking in close proximity.

I've booked my first PT session, what can I expect?

Prior to your first session, you will have a consultation with your trainer, Your trainer will use this information to come up with a personalised plan for you. In your first session, the trainer will guide you through the movements and will begin your education about why we programme in the way that we do. We believe that although we would love to keep you as a client forever (and many people do stay on even when they are experienced) part of your journey should be education so that you one day feel confident to lift weights on your own.

Can I train with a friend?

Yes, I am happy for your personal training sessions to be split with a friend. in order to get the most out of this, you would need to have similar goals. Alternatively, the small group sessions are ideal for friends who want to train together.

What is Small Group Training?

Our small group training gives you the benefit of an experienced coach without the price tag of 1-1 PT. Our groups have no more than 8 like- minded, driven ladies who all want to be a part of a non-judgemental environment. Small group training enables you to be part of a community. Sessions will be adapted to each individual so regardless of whether you've never heard of a deadlift or can squat 100kg, you can guarantee that you will be pushed to your own limits and will make progress within each session.  The sessions are 55mins long and are developed around the principles of resistance training. 

I've never been to a gym before, I don't know what to do?

That is why we are here to help you every step of the way. Our clients range from experienced lifters to those who have never stepped foot into a gym. Everything we do is centred around you as an individual and we will guide you every step of the  way. As  experienced Personal trainers, you can guarantee we will teach you the correct technique which will get you feeling strong in no time. The entire focus of each session is about making you feel empowered and confident so there is no need to feel nervous.

Can you help with nutrition?

Absolutely. If you sign up to 1-1 coaching, we will develop a personalised nutrition plan for you based on your goals. You will have full access to our educational information, recipe books and facebook support groups.  If you sign up to small group training, you will have access to our recipe book, nutrition guide and we are on hand to answer any questions which you have.  We can also offer a comprehensive nutrition coaching service if needed, just ask for more information.

A bottle of water (although we have plenty if you forget), comfortable clothing and your happy smiling face!
