About TSSM

Terminal Subsea Solutions Marine Service SP LLC was established in 2018 in Abu Dhabi, UAE as the Operations and Regional Branch Office of IES Offshore Management SDN BHD, based in Brunei Darussalam.

Through years of unwavering commitment and diligent efforts, TSS has expanded its operations and now operates two regional branch offices in the UAE and KSA. Our workforce has grown to over 100 employees from various parts of the world, comprising more than 70 crew members on board our fleet and over 20 employees onshore who work tirelessly to provide comprehensive support and fulfill our clients’ requirements. This collaborative effort across departments aims to earn the trust and satisfaction of our clients.

Throughout our journey, our company’s fleet has successfully performed and completed a multitude of operations, including 2500 diving operations, 900 ROV operations, 1155 mattress installations, cable laying spanning over 258 km, and 312 spool-related works. These achievements were made possible through our collaborations with esteemed industry leaders such as Subsea 7, NPCC, OMMH, Saipem, McDermott, ADNOC, Aramco, and Qatar Gas.

TSS upholds the highest standards in operating offshore support vessels. We prioritize the management of health and safety risks, as it is integral to our business operations. We ensure compliance with mandatory rules, regulations, and codes recommended by relevant organizations, administrations, classification societies, and the maritime industry. Moreover, TSS/IES acknowledges the specific Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (HSE MS) requirements of our major clients. These requirements are clearly outlined in the relevant sections of our Safety Management System (SMS).
