This is not the first time I use services from Yalla Pest Control. They are efficient and very quick to respond. In both incidents, I had a rodent in the house and they came very quickly to inspect and install traps. They are professional and they do their work thoroughly. Highly recommend their services
the technician that came to the apartment was very helpful in providing details on the treatment process. i was impressed with how patient he was with answering my questions and concerns. this company understood the exact pest and gave me the solution that i needed to resolve the concern. i have used this company on two different properties and the work has been fantastic. no pests !
I paid 190 AED and it only lasted for 3.5 months. When I called them and asked for a solution, a lady told me that their guarantee is only for 3 months, so they cannot do it for free and I can only book a new session for the full price. I would have expected them to at least offer a deal, maybe 50% less or something since we are only talking about 1.5 weeks after the warranty expired. It's their good right to reject it but that's what people call customer service. Therefore, only 2 stars.Update; after this review they have called me and offered now a free session but I have already found another company.

Really professional staff, especially Mr. Ashraf. They are well equipped , he was very knowledgeable about the related issue and shared details as well about pests and their causes. He was on time and also showed concern about safety. Pricing was also very reasonable.
