The idea of Establishing ABLETT MIDDLE EAST FZE came about after having worked for 16 years in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, innitialy with the MOH and then GAHS giving me experience at both Federal and Local Government.

Working from the UAE National perspective throughout coaching and mentoring resulting in the fact that today I see many colleagues with highly successful careers and we are Alhamdil'Allah still in contact. Active participation in Codes of Conduct writing, roll out and follow through. Also actively involved in the establishment of the then GAHS Examination section in its formational days.

The first HR Manager at ALDAR where HR was established from zero base. With 144 staff at the time of my leaving - being 33% National and no Emiratisation programme. Private sector exposure and Consultancy experience from assessment to training and recruitment, writing policies and procedures, gap analysis and individual coaching and mentoring support.

2012 - Certification as an Internal Auditor for Human Resources.

2102 - Partnered with GOLDEN TRUST in Bahrain and delivered Customer Service Excellence with Emotional Intelligence programmes.

2103 - Succesful faciliatation for an International Agency specifically looking at Team building.

2013 - Team building for an energy giant using PRISM BRAIN MAPPING with Dr. Tendayi Viki
