In 1997, YO! Sushi’s first restaurant was opened in Soho, London by the now infamous Simon Woodroffe.
Robin Rowland joined YO! Sushi in July 1999 and took over as CEO in September 2000. In 2003, Robin lead a management buy-out backed by Primary Capital and secondary management buy-out in March 2008, backed by Quilvest.
