With the introduction of high quality ducting produced by means of CNC machines, WEATHERMAKER LIMITED (WML) has been the innovator in the United Arab Emirates in the field of automated duct manufacturing. WML was promoted in 1993 by VOLTAS LIMITED, A TATA group company and No.1 Indian company in HVAC and Electromechanical System. WML commenced commercial operation in the same year, significantly contributing to the HVAC industry in the region.

WML manufactures Galvanised Iron, Aluminium, Black Mild Steel and Stainless Steel ductwork of various gauges and applications. Our plant employs state-of-art computer controlled machinery capable of carrying out work at high speed with accuracy. Fabrication is carried out as per specification of client's choice be it ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW 142, EUROVENT or custom specification. WML has pioneered the concept of fabrication of ready to install ducting in boxed sections in U.A.E.



WML also offers a range of Transverse Duct Flanges tested and certified by BSRIA, U.K. on behalf of Heating HVCA in accordance to HVCA - DW/TM1. Production is done through a production process, which utilises a sophisticated automated flange forming line. The range includes 25 mm and 35 mm flanges, corners and cleats.



WML manufactures high quality custom made and standard Access Doors, Slot Diffuser Plenum boxes, Volume Control Dampers, Circular Dampers apart from pre-drilled, pre-painted and welded MS companion flanges and other miscellaneous sheet metal works.
