The Hundred Pilates Studio

Ten years ago, Asma Hilal Lootah fell in love with Pilates. The reasons are many, from the myriad of new challenges she experienced to the new friends she acquired to her own feelings of self achievement. Because of her desire to share the thing she loved so much and all its extraordinary properties and to make a positive change to her beloved country, she determined to open the first Pilates studio owned by a UAE female National. Its success has resulted in winning the Sheikh Mohammed Award for Young Business Leaders in the health category 2010, being one of Ahlan magazine HOT100 and ranked number 45 as one of Dubai's top 100 small & medium enterprises. Now Asma is persuing her Pilates certification through the Pilates Centre in Boulder, Colorado.



Asma came up with the name because of the most basic of Pilates exercises her first teacher taught her, The Hundred, which evokes wonderful memories of her original Pilates group and their path to friendship.



We are not a profit driven company, we want our success to come from a love of what we do and from people who trust us with their bodies.



All of our teachers are licensed by Dubai Healthcare City and with PMA certified certifications.



Small group classes with a maximum of 6 people per class.



The only studio in UAE offering GYROTONIC® in private one to one sessions.



Whether you are male or female, we have quality time for you.



If you are a covered female, we ensure you are in a ladies only environment.



Prayer area is available for clients who wish to pray either before or after their session.
