Technicoat International Factory was set up in 1999, in Jebel Ali Industrial area 1, Dubai to manufacture Water Proofing and Energy saving products. Founder and Chairman is Mr. Khalil Ibrahim Hussain Al Sayegh.Company initially focused production of liquid applied systems in Water proofing, Floor coating, Industrial coating and Insulation and later broad based its manufacturing range for Protective and Energy saving products meeting Green Building Products requirement. Products and for that matter the company today is known as TEKNCOAT and it has its own application team operating under Tekncoat Engineering. Today, TeknCoat is one of the leading producers and applicators of Floor coating, Car park Coating and Industrial floor coating of Epoxy Polyurethane systems in UAE.

Products conform to relevant International standards and manufactured under ISO 9001- 2008 Quality Control systems and approved by many leading Consultants. Tekncoat Engineering have good experience and expertise in design and installation of water proofing for substructure and super structure for buildings using various types of products like Bitumen membrane, PVC, EPDM, Polyurethane , Polyurea etc.
