OUR VISION:



Psychological problems are common but to ask for help can be difficult. In some cases it is possible to find solutions with the help of family or friends, but in others, it is necessary to seek professional help.



Psychotherapy is a method of treating an individual, a couple or a family in order to modify the feelings, thoughts, attitudes and behaviours that have proved problematic.



The fundamental goal of psychotherapy is to help resolve core problems and to improve quality of life, leading to lasting changes in the long term. This process occurs through interaction between the psychotherapist and patient by means of reflection, exercises and learning techniques. With the therapist as a guide for change, it is possible to considerably reduce or completely eliminate the symptoms that cause physical, psychological and emotional discomfort.



At TABYEEN Cnetre, our approach is one of mutual collaboration. We believe that every person has an inner strength within, an innate resource from which they can draw upon to aid in his/her recovery and our goal is to help the patient find this strength to get back to feeling good.



At TABYEEN Centre, we understand the importance of offering therapies in the native tongue of our clients and we offer treatments in Arabic and English.
