Sadly our journey through life just isn’t that simple. It takes unexpected turns which are often out of our control and invariably leave us dealing with a situation that we have never had to deal with before. This could be from having to undergo an operation or dealing with a long-term illness that affects us both physically and emotionally.



It is only natural that at times like these, we feel lost, confused and more than a little vulnerable – all of which can be made worse from having to spend time away from the comfort and sanctuary of our homes.

An alternative form of after care



We created our Home Health Care Centre to provide an alternative form of caring, more in tune with our natural desire to continue residing in our own home for as long as possible. In doing so, consideration was given not only to the skills and experience our nurses and care givers would require, but more importantly, the personal attributes that they would need to ensure that those we care for feel at ease in their presence.



That’s why we undertake stringent screening processes to ensure that we only employ the best and most dedicated nurses and care givers in the country. Not only that, but their specialist knowledge means that you can benefit from a range of therapies, pain management, injections and even post-operative rehabilitation all administered from your home.

Home health care for new mums



As well as helping those recovering from an injury and illness, we saw no reason why we couldn’t extend our care services to other aspects of life and this led us to develop our care programme for mums and new born babies. Now new mum’s can enjoy all aspects of bringing up their baby safe in the knowledge that a trusted nurse or care giver is just a mere phone call away.

Home medical support for the elderly



When setting up Sublime, we wanted to go beyond medical assistance and really make a difference in the lives of those who would otherwise struggle to remain at home. That’s why we set up our Elderly Care service which has been tailored to provide all the non-medical support that a person in the winter years of their life may require.



We believe that people who prefer to live in the comfort of their own homes, whilst upholding their dignity should have the option to do so.
