Omniyat Square

Omniyat Square is one of the buildings that is being developed at The Square project in Al Mamzar, Dubai.



The Square is fully integrated mixed use development comprising residential, retail, serviced apartments and commercial offerings located in the heart of Dubai. The design is inspired by Middle Eastern, Moorish and Moroccan design, the facade of this five-story low-rise complex is a striking yet harmonious addition to the neighborhood. The residential complex comprises of nine low rise residential buildings, the serviced apartments and commercial section comprises each of one low-rise building with the retail arcade spread across the ground floor of the entire complex. All are surrounded by 6,000 square meters of gardens and water features.
