Monarch was established to support the learning and development process of each student. It provides personalized learning services from as early as 5 years and for as long as you are willing and interested to learn, there will be no age limitations and boundaries. Monarch has carefully studied the individual needs to support and achieve academic excellence at school and develop a lifetime of positive attitude towards learning.
