A certified personal trainer since 2004 (International Sports Science Association, ISSA) and a martial arts instructor since 2002, I currently work as a freelance trainer. Every program I design is outcomes driven and based on my clients individual needs, interests and circumstances. I measure my success by meeting those outcomes and needs.

I hold a 4th degree black belt in Hapkido , 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo and I have a black belt in Hakko Ryu Jujitsu. Using this expertise, I engage and motivate my clients through combinations of punches, kicks and effective breathing techniques.
